Colleen Perkins, Business Development Executive and President of WCRE Louisville Inc.

Colleen serves as WCRE’s president. As a Business Development Executive for CORT, she provides space planning and office furnishings for the commercial real estate communities in Kentucky, Indiana, and southern Ohio. Colleen also is responsible for identifying emerging commercial markets in the region. As a result, she stays on the pulse of area business development, making her a tremendous asset to our organization.

Colleen grew up in the suburbs of Detroit and Chicago but moved to Louisville during high school and graduated from Sacred Heart Academy. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining CORT, Colleen served as the Strategic Account Manager for Peptides International, Inc., a Louisville company that manufactures and distributes biochemical products throughout the world.

Colleen is the chapter administrator for the International Facility Management Association Louisville chapter and has been named IFMA’s Associate of the Year. Colleen also is one of CORT’s Presidential Sales Excellence Award winners.

Melissa has spent her life working with large and small companies to craft their environments.  From corporate art to environmental graphics and signage, Melissa has a keen sense of selecting products, and her consulting services are backed by the project management prowess of our team.

Jenny Johnston, Vice President
PRG Commerical Property Advisors

Jenny Johnston is Vice President at PRG Commercial Property Advisors, with a background in finance, marketing, business development, and entrepreneurship.  She has lived on both coasts (New York City and San Francisco) and has called Louisville home for almost 20 years.

Named “KCREA Multifamily Broker of the Year” in 2021, and one of “Business First’s Twenty People to Know in Real Estate” in 2020, Jenny has a keen understanding of the many factors that contribute to sound real estate investments, and brings market savvy, financial literacy, and business acumen to every transaction analysis.

Jenny has an undergraduate degree from Pomona College in Claremont, CA, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of California, Davis.  She prides herself on her involvement in, and commitment to, creating community, and is a Board Member with METCO, Trustee of the Cherokee Triangle Association, Board Member of Wilderness Louisville, Committee Member of the JCTC Campus Transformation Committee, and a volunteer at the Louisville Collegiate School.  When not doing the “PRG Hustle”, Jenny can be found living her passion for the outdoors by running trails or finding the next outdoor adventure with her husband and two children.

Victoria Mayer, LEED-AP, NCIDQ, IIDA Senior Associate, Design Manager

Victoria Mayer is a Senior Associate with Gensler, a global architecture, design, and planning firm.  Based in Louisville, she works with clients locally and across the country to design inspiring, resilient, and impactful spaces.  In her role as design manager, Victoria handles demanding deadlines while coordinating every project detail regardless of location.  From working on international projects to gaining an understanding of local requirements, she has refined her project management and organizational skills.  With over 20 years of workplace design experience, Victoria develops strategy, evaluates employee engagement and satisfaction, and works with diverse teams across the firm to create spaces where employees can do their best work.  She has worked with a number of clients including Frost Brown Todd, Shaw Contract, Deloitte and other professional and financial services firms.  Victoria is NCIDQ and LEED certified and received a Bachelor’s in Interior Design from Florida State University.

Kourtni Kesler, Business Development Manager, IIDA OHKY VPPR

Kourtni has been in the Architectural & Design industry for over 9 years working in both interior and sales.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Kentucky.  She has been with Office Resources, Inc. (ORI) in Louisville since 2017, and her role has developed over that time.  Currently she serves as the Business Development Manager and leads the A&D and CRE strategies for ORI across the state.  ORI is a 76-year-old company with offices in Lexington, Louisville, Bowling Green, Nashville, and Huntsville and she works with a variety of leading enterprises in Louisville.

Before joining WCRE board, Kourtni held various leadership positions with the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Ohio Kentucky Chapter including Director of Louisville Lexington and Vice President of Public Relations for the Chapter.  She was named IIDA’s Member of the Year in 2019.  She is an active member of WCRE, IIDA, and CCIM.

Kourtni grew up in West Virginia, where most of her family still lives today.  She worked in Lexington after graduation and worked in design until she moved to Louisville to work for ORI.
